Key Objectives
- Build a Complete Women’s Wellness Website from the Ground Up: Create a brand-new website for Gentle Touch that professionally presents a unique combination of midwifery care, pregnancy and postpartum support, hormone wellness coaching, nutrition support, birth education, and functional wellness resources.
- Create a Calm, Trust-Building Online Experience: Develop a website that reflects the personalized and gentle approach behind the practice. Because clients may be seeking support during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal changes, or other important stages of life, the site needed to feel approachable, informative, and personal rather than overly clinical.
- Organize a Broad Range of Services: Structure the website so visitors can easily understand the different ways Gentle Touch can support them, from pregnancy and birth through postpartum, hormone wellness, gut health, nutrition, testing, and educational services.
- Set Up CarePatron for Client Management: Configure CarePatron as the practice-management side of the business, creating a more organized system for handling clients and supporting the workflow behind consultations and ongoing care.

Carepatron Setup & Practice Workflow
In addition to developing the website, the project included setting up CarePatron as the client-management platform for Gentle Touch.
This added an important operational component to the project. Rather than creating only a marketing website, the goal was to help establish a more complete digital system where the public-facing website introduces services and generates consultation inquiries while Carepatron supports the practice behind the scenes.
This combination gives Gentle Touch a more professional foundation for managing the relationship between website visitor → prospective client → consultation → ongoing client care.
Outcome
The completed Gentle Touch website established a professional online home for a practice that serves women through several different stages of life.
One of the biggest challenges of the project was organizing a broad range of services without making the website confusing. Gentle Touch encompasses traditional midwifery and pregnancy support while also providing postpartum guidance, hormone wellness coaching, gut and nutrition support, testing resources, cycle education, and other wellness services. The finished structure separates these services while keeping them connected under one consistent philosophy of individualized women’s care.
The Resources section further expands the usefulness of the website. Instead of simply describing services, clients can access recommended testing and wellness resources related to nutritional status, reproductive health, gut health, mineral balance, hormone tracking, and cycle charting.
Setting up CarePatron added another layer to the project by addressing the administrative side of running the practice. Together, the website and client-management system create a more complete digital workflow: the website builds trust, educates potential clients, presents services, and encourages consultations, while CarePatron provides the infrastructure for managing clients once they begin working with the practice.
From an SEO perspective, the website also creates a foundation for building visibility around a diverse range of searches, including midwifery services, pregnancy and birth support, postpartum support, hormone wellness coaching, cycle charting, perimenopause support, birth education, gut health, nutrition support, and holistic women’s wellness.
Overall, this project demonstrates a more comprehensive type of client work: custom website development, service architecture, wellness-resource organization, lead generation, responsive design, SEO-focused content structure, and CarePatron practice-management setup—bringing the client’s marketing presence and internal client workflow together into a more cohesive digital system.
